Grape Varietals: Arinto 40%, Fernão Pires 40%, Riesling 20%
Vinification: Once the grapes have been stripped and pressed using a
pneumatic press, the juice is cold-fermented in stainless steel tanks for up
20 days at 13-15ºC to retain bright acidity and preserve fresh herbs
aromas. Partially fermented in french oak barrel, Had stage “sur lie” (on
fine lees) with “batônnage”.
